Walking is one of the best ways to stay fit, healthy and manage stress. You can multiply the  benefits by bringing awareness to your movements. This keeps you in the here and now, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.

 

In this Feldenkrais workshop discover simple ways to increase the flow and ease of walking. Practice focusing your mind on how you move which allows you to forget your troubles and move more smoothly and comfortably. By taking these skills into your daily life when you go walking  you can calm your mind, feel more rejuvenated and resourceful
