The mind-body-based methods that you’ll experience in this workshop are a superb means for creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself through life, enabling you to foster personal wellness, and develop abilities that are meaningful for you.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular, attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of lessons from each session in which you enrolled.
