It was long ago, and you may not remember, but the first time you walked independently was a BIG milestone in your life. It’s time to start perfecting what you started all those years ago.
Relevant for all healthy people, this workshop offers you a set of carefully crafted lessons addressing balance, coordination, posture, rhythm, and timing — all vital ingredients of walking. All lessons are done whilst actually walking, so you will literally be learning on your feet.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular, attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of lessons from each session in which you enrolled.

Zoran Kovich MSc Feldenkrais Method Teacher, Trainer & Educational Director
Zoran commenced practicing somatic education methods in 1982, learning the work of Mabel Todd for 3 years as part of his undergraduate studies at the Victorian College of the Arts. 37 years later his passion for learning and teaching practices of embodiment is still thriving. He has lectured in university performing arts programs since 1990. From 1999-2001 he was co-researcher in a world-first, government funded study, ‘The Somdance Project’, investigating how somatic education processes may be integrated into contemporary dance training. In 2014 Zoran became a certified Feldenkrais trainer, and is currently educational co-director of the SEAus 2 and 3 Feldenkrais trainings.
