Life brings many changes – some delightful, some confusing and others more difficult to endure. Whether it’s marriage, divorce, promotion, retirement, bereavement, a big number birthday, a new community or Covid, we can loose a sense of self and struggle to embody the new “Me”.
In this program, you will have the chance to rediscover yourself through Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons, along with several different reflective instruments and strategies. These will all allow you to gather information, reflect on it and create a stronger sense of self, to use as a reference in your everyday activities. Parts of some activities will be more relevant than others so you are encouraged to select the bits that catch your interest now and work with those.
Jenni Evans Jenni is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Assistant Trainer. She is also an internationally certified Trainer in NLP and skilled in helping people optimise their thinking patterns to achieve their outcomes in life, to improve their learning strategies or to explore future options.
This program runs as 5 week online program, meeting on Thursday evenings from 7.30-9.00 pm Australian Eastern time. May 12th – June 9th.
