Sometimes it seems that life can weigh us down and everything feels “heavy”. People often feel as if they’re slouching and try to use will power to “straighten up”. This may work briefly but rarely stops the downward pull. In this easy, gentle workshop you will find ways to lighten the load and put a little bounce back into your system.
Yor workshop leader will be Jenni Evans who is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Trainer. She enjoys helping people discover ways to improve and make life easier. Her practical, down to earth style supports transferring the learning from the class to the way you live your life.
