Maintaining balance is essential for your safety and confidence in daily life. Uneven paths, traffic, changing environments and new technologies can take us out of balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Your nervous system is always learning how to adapt and respond to your daily balance challenges, with the aim of keeping you upright and stable.This Feldenkrais workshop will help you to:
- Improve your balance
- Sense the early signs of when you are losing balance
- Develop effective ways of regaining balance
- Reduce the fear of falling and build your confidence in everyday activities
Ruth will guide you in an enjoyable array of Awareness Through Movement lessons designed for you to become more agile, adaptable and stable.
