A 4 day workshop for developing an understanding of the Feldenkrais Method

Based on the book ‘Awareness Through Movement’ by Moshe Feldenkrais

This workshop, run by experienced practitioner and teacher, Janet Auret, is both an introduction to the Feldenkrais Method and an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of it.
