In this introductory workshop, you will explore the ways in which movement can help you develop the skills you need to learn, think and manage emotional states, better.
Using small, gentle simple movements as a metaphor for the issues of life, we can access new insights into old difficulties.
These might include:
- Finding the flow state
- Identifying strategies to tackle problems
- Accessing a calm, attentive focus
- Spreading attention between the details and the whole picture.
Jenni Evans is an internationally accredited Trainer of both the Feldenkrais Method and Neurolinguistic Programming. She is known for her gentle, practical approach and value of having fun while learning.
