This workshop by Ruth Frommer delves into the process of dynamic balance. You will discover how to better sense when you are stable and when you are losing stability. This skill will be utilised in Feldenkrais Awareness Through movement lessons which are designed to explore your tipping point. You will uncover how your feet, core, eyes and breath can bring you back into balance.
