Simple steps to enjoy how and where you walk
Walking is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy but it is a complex task. Did you know when you are walking you are multi tasking. At a minimum you have to coordinate your arms and legs and watch out for trip hazards. When you walk with ease you feel comfortable and are able to take in your surrounds or chat to a companion.
This workshop comprises of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons designed to increase the ease of how you walk and take in your environment. You can incorporate what you discover in this workshop into whenever you walk be it to a cafe, along the beach, in the bush or elsewhere.
