Maybe you’ve been interested in joining a Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement® class but there’s none offered near you or at a convenient time of day. Maybe you tried listening on CD or online but you didn’t quite get the process. Now with the wonders of modern technology you can join an interactive online class where the teacher can watch you and hear your questions so the class is adjusted to suit your needs.

Starting on Tuesday September 5th, you can sign on for  a class of  8 lessons. Ideally you have a phone, ipad or laptop that could be put where the camera can see you on the floor, but if not you could still join in with audio only and Jenni will check in with you every now and then to make sure you are following along OK. The sessions will also be recorded so you can come back to them again later.
