Your mouth and jaw do many things. Some of those things are vital.
Without doing them you couldn’t survive. Other things are pleasurable
and fun. And then there all those useless things you do with your jaw
and mouth that sabotage your abilities and quality of life. In this
workshop series you’ll explore the many movement possibilities of the
lips, jaw, mouth and tongue. In the process you’ll discover just how
much these parts of yourself affect what you do.
You’ll experience and practice mind-body-based methods for
creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself, enabling you to
foster personal wellness, and improve abilities that are meaningful for
you.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular,
attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain
a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of
lessons from each session in which you enrolled.
