Your shoulders are unique. They function in a way that’s different to any
other structure in your body. Floating in a sea of muscle, your shoulders
are designed to quickly respond to the needs of the moment. In this
series of workshops you’ll get to know what your shoulder are really
capable of doing.
You’ll experience and practice mind-body-based methods for
creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself, enabling you to
foster personal wellness, and improve abilities that are meaningful for
you.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular,
attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain
a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of
lessons from each session in which you enrolled.
