Your body is designed to move in circles and spirals. Finding these natural curved pathways of motion, in a variety of situations, is what this workshop series is all about. You’ll be developing your capacity to be mindful of, and playful with, your movement choices. You’ll learn to
use the simple idea a clock-face as a means of coordinating yourself. As your self-awareness grows you’ll experience movements becoming smoother, lighter, easier.
You’ll experience and practice mind-body-based methods for
creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself, enabling you to foster personal wellness, and improve abilities that are meaningful for you.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular, attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of lessons from each session in which you enrolled.
