The mind-body-based learning processes that you’ll experience in this workshop are a superb means for creating more sustainable ways of moving yourself through life, enabling you to foster personal wellness, and develop abilities that are meaningful for you.
Establishing new habits of action is best accomplished through regular, attentive, skilled, deliberate practice. To assist you develop and maintain a vital personal practice, you’ll receive FREE audio recordings of lessons from each session in which you enrolled.
These workshops are suitable for people in a good state of physical and mental health. If you are experiencing medically related difficulties, are undertaking rehabilitation, or are taking any kind of medications, please contact the presenter, prior to enrolling, to discuss your interests and needs.
