Perception, Filters and Reality is a new 12 week online program offering an opportunity for teachers (and others) to explore the power of our own perceptual filters, discover a whole lot of other ones, and build the skills to be able to recognize, shift and use them to teach from a different perspective.

We all have our habitual ways of seeing and experiencing the world around us. Our filters are shaped by our teachers, our previous experience, and by our interests. As we live, learn and teach, they continue to shape and constrain what we notice. Filtering sensory data may keep us from being overwhelmed but we have the capacity to choose our lenses and look at things from different perspective.
