A sensible gardener takes care of his tools,
A wise gardener takes care of his body as well.
This workshop introduces you to some simple ways of reminding your body to move easily and safely in your garden.
As a young child you probably had a great deal of flexibility and freedom in your movement. The activities in this workshop will help your body to remember how to move in those easy fluid ways.
Explore the movements involved in gardening tasks like; weeding, shoveling, pruning, lifting, digging, pushing a wheelbarrow or mower and relieving residual stress. Discover the ‘less pain, more gain’ approach.
The Classes will be held online over 4 weeks, beginning May 12 USA /13 AUS NZ through to June 2 USA / 3 Aus NZ, 8.00 pm US eastern. 10am US eastern time.
Classes are led by enthusiastic gardener and Feldenkrais Practitioner, Jenni Evans who has brought longevity and enjoyment to many gardeners who would like to enjoy their hobby longer.
